JINSP is a professional company specializing in spectral detection technology. The company's technical expertise originates from Tsinghua University, covering a wide range of disciplines including optics, chemistry, mechanics, electrical engineering, algorithms, and software. After 17 years of technological development, the company's core technologies have reached a leading international level, with more than 200 patent applications filed.
As a leading supplier of spectral technology, JINSP has developed over 20 proprietary spectral products, covering fields such as pharmaceutical and chemical industries, public security, customs, and fiber optic spectrometers. Their products are sold nationwide and exported to more than 30 countries, with over 3,000 units sold to date.
JINSP began researching spectral technology in 2007 and has since embarked on a 17-year journey of independent innovation. The company currently owns over 20 proprietary spectral technology products, including fiber optic spectrometers, Raman spectrometers, infrared spectrometers, and OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography) analyzers, among others. JINSP offers several world-leading products, including a high-performance transmission spectrometer series, the world's only commercial K-value linear OCT spectrometer, industry-leading gas Raman analysis products, and the world's smallest handheld Raman spectrometer.
JINSP has always emphasized independent innovation and heavily invests in research and development. The company currently holds over 200 patents and more than 30 software copyrights, including over 60 invention patents. The Raman system developed by JINSP has won the Patent Excellence Award.
JINSP's research and development capabilities have been widely recognized in the industry. The company has participated in the drafting of two national standards and one industry standard and has also been involved in the drafting of the international IEC 63085 Raman spectroscopy standard.
JINSP has more than ten product models that have passed various domestic and international certifications, including CE certification, certifications from the Ministry of Public Security, the National Institute of Metrology, as well as environmental and IP rating certifications.
JINSP upholds the spirit of craftsmanship and strives for excellence in technology and products. Their products have achieved the highest standards in the certification of the European Civil Aviation Committee (ECAC). Their star product, the RT1003EB liquid security inspection instrument, is one of the earliest Raman spectrometers in China to pass ECAC certification.
JINSP has been recognized as a national high-tech enterprise, a specialized and innovative small and medium-sized enterprise, and an innovative SME. The company's core technology has been certified by the Ministry of Education as "internationally leading."
The company has also won several prestigious industry awards, including the Patent Excellence Award, the New Technology and New Product Certificate, and the Zhu Liangyi Analytical Instrument Innovation Award for "Innovative Achievements."
JINSP’s management system complies with ISO9001 standards, ensuring efficient and stable production, supply capabilities, and after-sales service.
JINSP offers five main categories of products: fiber optic spectrometers, OCT, laboratory instruments, industrial online instruments, and on-site rapid detectors.
The fiber optic spectrometer product line is diverse, including various models of conventional small spectrometers with performance comparable to international brands, as well as three unique high-performance transmission spectrometers with overall performance 20 times higher than conventional spectrometers.
The transmission spectrometers feature ultra-high sensitivity and light throughput, VPH (Volume Phase Holographic) transmission gratings, extreme optical resolution, and scientific-grade cameras, making them suitable for laboratory and research applications.
The OCT product line includes the world's only commercial K-value linear OCT spectrometer and OCT scanners, applicable in both medical and industrial fields.
The laboratory instruments include high-performance benchtop Raman instruments and a wide range of in-situ online Raman analyzers capable of detecting both gas and liquid systems.
The star product, the RS2600 multi-component gas analyzer, has a gas detection limit reaching ppm levels, featuring special optical designs and a high-performance transmission spectrometer, with sensitivity 100 times greater than similar products.
In addition, JINSP offers multiple models of fiber optic probe products that can withstand extreme conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, and strong corrosiveness.
The industrial online instruments are explosion-proof Raman analyzers suitable for on-site industrial online analysis, capable of 24/7 long-term reaction monitoring.
The field rapid detection instruments are represented by handheld Raman spectrometers. JINSP began developing handheld Raman spectrometers in 2015, and currently offers models with 785 nm and 1064 nm excitation wavelengths. These compact and fast instruments come equipped with a spectral library of 13,000 substances, including drugs, precursor chemicals, hazardous chemicals, industrial raw materials, and chemical products. They support the analysis of up to 5 mixtures simultaneously, and feature patented designs such as microscopic imaging, built-in automatic calibration accessories, and laser safety, delivering superior performance.
