As one of the first batch of "Little Giant" enterprises recognized by the national Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, BWT adheres to independent R&D and application innovation. Its products span three key business domains: diode lasers, fiber lasers, and ultrafast lasers. These products are distributed in over 60 countries globally and are widely used in scientific research, healthcare, precision processing, consumer electronics, new energy, and other fields.
BWT boasts deep technical expertise in the diode laser field. We have mastered every manufacturing process, from diode laser chip packaging to fiber coupling. With core technologies in critical passive components and laser system integration, BWT stands ready to deliver versatile laser solutions across medical cosmetology, plate printing, night vision illumination, sensing detection, and industrial pumping. In the pump source field, BWT started with 10W and has continuously upgraded its power. In 2023, BWT introduced pump sources with single-pump power reaching up to 5000W. These pump sources will be progressively applied to the new generation of fiber lasers. BWT stands as a trailblazer in China’s diode laser industry, consistently ranking among the top in domestic market shipments.
In the field of fiber lasers, BWT successfully launched the Lightning series fiber lasers in 2022, featuring the new generation pump source technology. This breakthrough gradually unlocked applications in the welding sector, propelling BWT to the forefront as the global leader in miniaturized and lightweight lasers. By the end of 2023, the Lightning series achieved sales exceeding 50,000 units, further solidifying its frontline position in the handheld laser welding application market. In September 2023, BWT took the lead in defining the CTC integration technology and introduced the Thunder series fiber lasers, ranging from 12kW to 100kW. Characterized by its “three highs and one long” —high integration, high power, high brightness, and long fiber delivery cable—these lasers can be customized, marking a significant step for BWT into the high-power laser cutting field. In the first quarter of 2024, BWT successively released multiple high-power products and launched the world's first 150kW industrial-grade fiber laser, which shocked the industry like a nuclear-grade product, injecting powerful momentum into the development of the new global industrial era.
In the highly promising ultrafast laser field, BWT strategically positioned itself, unveiling three major product series: picosecond, femtosecond, and nanosecond. These product lines comprehensively cover mainstream processing markets and find applications in areas such as photovoltaic cells, 3C electronics, and brittle material processing.
