The 2nd quantum revolution is well underway. While its origin is in the basic research and development, a major transformation is occurring across the whole research ecosystem with participation of governments, academia, research laboratories, venture capitalists, startups, and established companies. This panel provides an update of that activity with perspectives from both government and industry.
