Beephoton Technology is committed to the research and development of photonics technologies and products’ manufacturing and marketing. Beephoton Technology R&D team has extensive industry experience in photodiode, ASIC, DAS and detection system design, and has obtained many important patents in photon detection areas, especially in CT and linear detector fields. The inhouse clean room factory enable us to serve our customer from samples phase to volume production. The inhouse factor is equipped with advanced production and testing equipment. The production line can support medical, industry and security products manufacturing. Beephoton Technology has received the ISO9001, ISO140001, ISO45001 certificates.
BEEPHOTON photodiodes spectral response range covers near-infrared, visible light, ultraviolet to X-ray, and provides various package forms, such as metal, ceramic, SMT, array and module. It has the advantages of low noise, high response, high linearity, high reliability and e.t.c. The overall performance reaches the first-rate level, and supports customized design.
BEEPHOTON X-ray detectors, X-ragy detector modules, and related integrated solutions, are widely used in medical spiral CT, medical inspection, industrial non-destructive testing, security and surveillance, and measurement fields.

X-ray Detector: Medical CT detector, Security CT detector, Line Scan Camera, TDI Line Scan Camera, Linear Detector Array, Readout Electronics and X-Ray Detection Sub-system, DMS.
