In September Brightlaser releases its second generation 680nm red VCSEL Chips in 8mW, 25mW, and 40mW in continuous wave (CW) mode. It can operate in wide temperature range between -40℃ and 85℃. For 8mW chip, it also outputs 0.5mW CW at 85℃, which is unparalleled performance in VCSEL field. For pulsed mode, it can top up higher power depending on pulse width and duty cycle. In March 2024, Brightlaser releases its single mode VCSEL array at 940nm. There are 2 types of optical power, 50mW and 100mW with side mode suppression ratio (SMSR) > 25dB. The applications target at optical computing, quantum communication and quantum computing, and quantum sensing.

In May 2024, Brightlaser released its water-cooled high power VCSEL array module for heating. The module has 4x14 VCSEL array mounted on a water cooler.
