All registered conference attendees and exhibitors are invited to join your colleagues at the Welcome Reception. This informal networking event will be held on the Coquina Lawn, located within the Gaylord Palms. Dress is casual.

 

Event Details

FORMAT: Outdoor networking reception with no formal program. Will move indoors in the case of inclement weather.
MENU: Assorted appetizers, entrées, and desserts with gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian options. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available.
SETUP: Tables with or without seating available to facilitate dinner and networking.
