UFI's new dispersive mirror with double LIDT compared to its predecessor. This is for the ones of you interested in laser induced damage threshold (LIDT): we have developed a new dispersive mirror with double LIDT in vacuum compared to its predecessor model. Our standard HD120 mirror covers the 950-1120 nm range with -200 fs2 of nominal group delay dispersion (GDD) and a LIDT of 0.115 J/cm2. The new mirror, HD2320, has the same specs and performance with a LIDT of 0.238 J/cm2, making it perfect for those striving to achieve ever higher pulse energies and/or output power.

To address the need for cavity ring-down reflectometers capable of measuring at different wavelengths in a simple manner, without major changes or added laser sources, we used our experience building CRD reflectometers to design GLACIER-C. GLACIER-C measures the reflectivity and total losses of optical coatings between 1000 and 5 ppm with unprecedented broad wavelength tunability solving a major drawback of cavity ring-down reflectometers. The design offers an attractive and cost-effective solution for those that need to characterize low-loss optics at different wavelengths.
