Family care while attending the meeting

SPIE believes that individuals with significant caregiving responsibilities should have an equal opportunity to share their research and participate in conferences and symposia.

SPIE Family Care Grants are designed to supplement caregiving costs incurred by SPIE Early Career Members who are registered to attend an SPIE meeting. See hotel details in the reservation system to find hotels that offer onsite childcare.

Registration payments

If you are planning to register onsite, please do so at the registration desk.

    • Your credit card payment will be processed during registration.
    • If you wish to pay with cash or check, you will be directed to the Cashier once you have completed registration for final payment.

Badge Corrections

Badge corrections can be made at the registration desk. Please mark your badge with your changes before approaching the counter.

SPIE Conference and Exhibition App
