Locating your SPIE ID
Log in to your SPIE web account here: https://www.spie.org/account/login

At the top right of the page, click on the circle with your first name initial to access Account Details. Your SPIE ID number is displayed at the top next to the words "My Account". 

Resetting username and password
Please click on the “Forgot your username?” or “Forgot your password?” links here: https://www.spie.org/account/login.

Changing username and password
If you are still unable to access your account, please contact Customer Service at +1 360 676 3290/+1 888 504 8171 (toll free), or email customerservice@spie.org.

They can reset your password for you or give you a temporary password and provide you with your login information. Log in to your SPIE web account here: https://www.spie.org/account/login

At the top right of the page, click on the circle with your first name initial to access Account Details. Under Account Settings you have the option to change your username or password. After changing your password, wait one minute before logging in.

The cost of your job posting depends on the duration of your listing and any upgrades you would like to apply.

Job packages start at $450. Your job listing will also appear on the jobs section of Optics.org, giving you double the exposure for each job you post. Here is a direct link to our Products and Rates.

Your needs are different. Big job boards serve many people, but when looking for a job in optics and photonics we offer a much more targeted audience.

1. Companies have their own systems, so they don’t need ours. That’s right, we pass you directly to the company. We don’t force you to fill out forms, we put you directly in touch with the employer.
   
   
2. An account is not necessary. While we’d love to have you create an SPIE account for a host of other reasons, it’s not necessary when searching for jobs. We want you to find a job and we want our partners to find employees, and if that happens it’s a win-win for everyone.
