During this fun, interactive 90-minute workshop, you will learn how to communicate a clear, concise talking point with confidence. You will have time in the workshop to practice and receive feedback from either a peer and/or the instructor on your content and delivery skills for improvement. This workshop has been taught at companies like Genentech, Netflix, Facebook, and Cruise to help engineers and scientists communicate more effectively.

Agenda

Be Clear - Sharpen your message so it’s clear, concise, and unambiguous
Be Confident - Deliver that message with credibility and conviction; minimize behaviors that downplay your abilities
Be Grounded - Reframe your mindset to stay grounded even when put on the spot

Intended Audience
This workshop is open to all with a technical attendee badge. No advance registration is required. However, seating is limited and will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Students and those in their early careers may find this workshop especially valuable.
