We have a full 3-day program for Tech Days 2024 with 69 presentations (56 Open and 13 Closed).

In addition to our typical sessions on SBIR plans, we are having session on NASA technology needs, x-ray mirror, coating, and polarization technologies, metrology and testing, near angle scattering, and MSFC UVO-FIR mirror system technology ISFM.
How to Upload your Presentation
We will send information about how to upload presentations via an email directly to presenters.
How to Download Presentations
At the start of Tech Days, OPEN presentations will be placed in a Box folder for download. CLOSED presentations will be available to persons with a NASA email address.
Public Release Approval
Each presenter is responsible for getting all necessary public release clearances for their presentations. All OPEN Session presentations must be fully public, i.e. containing no proprietary or Export Controlled information. A copy of each author's public release authorization must be submitted.
Public Release Approval is not required for CLOSED Session Presentations.
Registration
Registration is open. If you plan to attend but have not yet registered, please register as soon as possible, as we need to collect expected attendance numbers for catering. Any Exhibitors interested in securing a table should register as soon as possible.
Hotel Room Block
The hotel room block is open. The room block expires on Sunday 27 October.
Reception
The Welcome Reception will be held on Monday.
Attending ITAR Sessions
The Tech Day ITAR Sessions are open to all USA Persons (citizens and green card holders). Because we are in a hotel venue, we will need to check ITAR eligibility on-site at the registration table. Documentation which qualifies you to attend the ITAR session includes: US Passport, US Government Civil Servant ID, copy of Birth Certificate, Green Card, or Visit Authorization letter from your Security Officer.
Roman Tour at GSFC – TIME CRITICAL INFORMATION REQUIRED
GSFC is offering an opportunity on Thursday Nov 21 to view the Roman Space Telescope as it undergoes integration in the GSFC high-bay clean room. There will be three (3) tours: 11:00 AM, 11:30 AM, and 12:00 Noon. On a first come basis, each tour is limited to 30 persons (with a maximum of 5 international persons). Tour Participants must check in at the GSFC Visitor Center (Building 88) located near the South Gate (off Route 193 and ICESat Road) 30 min before their tour time.
