2019 SPIE Women in Optics Planner

Since 2005, SPIE has been highlighting women in the optics and photonics industry with their annual planner. This year is another showcase of inspiring women throughout our community. Inevitably within each planner, there are aspects of other women's' experiences that resonate with my own professional journey, as well as valuable new pieces of wisdom. My hope is that you too will gain insight and find common ground with the women featured this year.

There is so much momentum right now for women around the world, and we should all be proud to be a part of a community that's helping move women forward. Please empower one another to continue in the field and encourage young women and girls to join us!
