Highly customizable Pockels Cell Drivers & HV Power supplies provides expanding possibilities for OEM manufacturers

Design adaptation for particular OEM customer is possible and can include optimizing of mechanical design, output switch for voltage, repetition rate, rise/fall time and pulse duration lengthening etc. Almost all the drivers can work in up to 5 MHz bursts. Range of DC/DC type HV power supplies is manufactured to provide a complete Pockels driving solution. Amplitude of output pulses to Pockels cell is about equal to HV supply voltage. Only exception is DP-FAM series drivers that allow to control the amplitude of each pulse by analog voltage input. uniLDD series Laser Diode Drivers can supply almost any middle and high-power laser diode in continuous or pulsed operation mode.

FemtoLux 30 GHz – the most flexible ultrafast laser for science and industry
EKSPLA is introducing FemtoLux 30 GHz - new femtosecond laser designed for micromachining applications. FemtoLux 30 GHZ offers the most flexible pulse management for the market –different GHz burst modes with the same laser source – long GHz burst mode, short GHz burst mode, MHz and GHz burst mode; PoD – pulse on demand – enabling laser to fire a pulse only when required with 20 ns (peak to peak) jitter, enabling precise control over the laser’s output and resulting in higher efficiency, accuracy and quality. Laser can be optimized to deliver pulse energies for practically all micromachining tasks – high 1 mJ energy at 10 kHz, for high speed micromachining - MHz repetition rates and µJ energy levels. By employing optional module, UV and green outputs can be achieved additionally to process different kind of materials. The whole system (laser head + power supply) features the smallest footprint in the market. Laser delivers 30 W output power at 1030 nm featuring tunable pulse duration from <350 fs to 1 ps and can operate in a broad AOM controlled range of pulse repetition rates from a single shot to 4 MHz. Unlike other femtosecond lasers, FemtoLux 30 features Direct Refrigerant Cooling system, which is military-tested (with > 90 000 hours MTBF) and ensures maintenance-free 7/24/365 operation which means substantial savings of cost and time due to the elimination of servicing and downtimes.
