High Peak Power 1535nm Erbium Glass Laser Module with Beam Expander and Photodetector
The new FRLD-1535-xxxµJ-Q-BEyy series of laser modules are an integrated 1535nm high-energy erbium glass microchip laser with up to 40x beam expander and photodetector (PIN). This series is specified to deliver high peak power of 5μJ-1J at 1535nm with divergence angle of less than 0.3mrad, and provide PD output signal. The operating temperature range is very wide and covers a range from -40°C to +65°C. With dimensions of just 78~83mm x 32mm x 20mm they are very compact. Their high repetition rate, small pulse Width (FWHM), high reliability and compact structure makes them perfectly suitable for various target designation applications: laser ranging, laser remote sensing and lidar.

Gun Sight Mini Lasers
FLC gun sight mini lasers are customized compact structure laser diode modules with various single mode wavelengths (450nm, 520nm, 635nm, 650nm, 780nm and 850nm), different output powers (≤0.4mW; ≤1.0mW; ≤5.0mW), small beam sizes (≤6x12mm@10m & ≤10x20mm@20m) and very compact housings (Φ3.3x8.0mm; Φ3.85x8.5mm; Φ4x8.5mm; Φ4x10mm; Φ6x12mm). The input voltage varies from 3V to 5V DC and the input current range is from 25mA to 120mA. The mini laser modules can be driven in continuous or pulsed mode. Their small size, low power consumption and compact structure makes them perfectly suitable for various target designation applications.

Wide Temperature Range Single Frequency DPSS Laser
The FPYL-532-50T-SLM-C and FPYL-532-100T-SLM-C have an outstanding wide operating temperature range between -40°C to +60°C. They are offered with either 50mW or 100mW at 532nm in a very compact housing of just 110mm x 52mm x 52mm. The spectral linewidth is <0.00001nm which complies to a coherence length of >9m. DFB & FBG Stabilized Laser Diodes
FLC offers DFB stabilized laser diodes in the wavelength range from 760nm to 3640nm. They are either available in an industry standard hermetically sealed 14 pin butterfly package with TEC and PD or in a TO39 can with TEC and Thermistor. The fiber-coupled versions are offered with either SM or PM fiber. Additional available are FBG stabilized laser diodes in the wavelength range from 633nm to 1572nm. They are packaged in a 14-pin standard butterfly with monitor photodiode and thermo-electric cooler (TEC). Built-in Mini PZT to adjust the single frequency continuously over a tuning range of up to 1.2nm is available for plenty different wavelengths. Super Fine Line Laser Module HSML-E
The new HSML-E is a series of laser diode line modules which are very compact and deliver super fine lines. Laser head and laser driver are separated which allows a very compact size of the laser head of just Ø12.6mm x 44mm. The laser driver is 200mm away from the laser head with dimensions of Ø12.6mm x 40mm and can be operated at 24V. The beam line can be focussed to e.g. a thickness of just 10µm at 40mm distance. Standard fan angles are 10° - 90°. The wavelength range is from 405nm to 1060nm with output powers up to 50mW. The power stability is typically <±5% over 8 hours at an operating temperature range from 10°C to 50°C. As an option these modules are offered with potentiometer for power adjustment, external TTL modulation up to 1MHz and analogue modulation up to 100kHz. The housing is electrically isolated and satisfies the protection class IP67 which makes these modules ideal for the use in industrial applications with harsh environmental conditions. The major applications are machine vision, scanning, profiling and laser triangulation.
